Wilfornia

The Canadian River

Most of the natural beauty of Wilfornia and nearby regions was formed by the erosion of this river over eons. The river is best seen near Mills Canyon, Ancon, Sabinoso, Conchas and Hooverville (site of its first damming), and Logan (site of its second damming).

The headwater of the river is just north of the border of New Mexico, flows though Wilfornia, through Texas and it eventually flows into the Arkansas River in Oklahoma.
