Welcome to the Internet Brain Trust mailing list! In the coming months, the EFF will be working, with the help of our members and concerned networking constituents, on a fully detailed proposal to create an open platform for innovation in information services by speedily deploying afforable ISDN nation-wide. We are calling this effort "The Internet Brain Trust." The ibt mailing list is the major vehicle of this effort. In it we will be discussing technical, economic, and regulatory issues affecting the proposal. It is a moderated list. Submissions should be sent to ibt@eff.org.
