%TEAL%Pierre%ENDCOLOR%, born either at Port-Royal or Chignecto in c1678, married Marie-Thérèse, daughter of Emmanuel *Mirande* and Marguerite *Bourgeois*, probably at Chignecto in c1704. They had eight children, including three sons who married into the *Poirier*, *Comeau*, *Gaudet*, *Doucet*, and *LeBlanc* families. Pierre and Marie-Thérèse's five daughters married into the *Deveau*,<b> Carret</b>,<b> Mouton</b>, and <b>Cosset </b>families. Pierre died at Chignecto in February 1741, age 62. </blockquote>
