Do the DMin as social action toward family sovereignty. Alter the website to reflect this and get a good domain name, such as famsov.org (done). <a href='https://xenos.quix.us/explorers/jasonnemrow/private/braindump/familysovereigntynotes#ID1:4' title='link to this section'></a> Begin as a group around a website (plone ) to share content and inform each other. Do a mailing list? Something of that sort. More about bringing people together on FS concept rather than an organization with fundraising (NGO). Actions like lobbying is organic.
